Combat Fitness combines elements of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Boxing, Kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) into functional movement and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) resulting in a fun, diverse and dynamic workout. Our unique exercises and exciting class format target every major muscle group while avoiding burnout and overuse that often lead to injury.
While our classes include a lot conditioning, cardio, endurance, and muscle-development – the focus here isn’t bulking up.
